-         Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of June 2026 is 121,641, up by 8% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 41,796,558, an increase of 1.9% from the previous year.

 

-         On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 75.3% for the month of June 2026. Out of a total of 116 routes, 66 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, and no route had on-time performance below 50%.

 

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

 

-         Safety and Security

The number of assaults against employees increased ending the year at 19.

 

The number of miles between major collisions for June was 249,397 miles.

 

-         Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 13,028 miles for the month.

 

-         Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the May sign-up and will remain in effect until the August sign-up.

 

-       A Line, headway increased from 20 minutes to 30 minutes from 7:00 p.m. to

10:00 p.m.

-       W Line, headway decreased from 30 minutes to 20 minutes from 7:00 p.m. to

10:00 p.m.

-       Route 306, implemented all-day service.

-       New Route 317 (Ahua-Lagoon Drive), service consists of three (3) AM trips and

three (3) PM trips.

-       Route 531, route adjusted to bypass the Acacia intersection on Kamehameha Highway.
